LinkChautari (“we”, “us”) is a link-in-bio service operated from Kathmandu, Nepal. By creating an account you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language on purpose.
Your account
You must give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is published on your page. One person or business per account; don't register usernames just to resell them.
Acceptable use
Don't use LinkChautari for anything illegal in Nepal, for impersonating people or businesses, for scams, spam, phishing, or adult content involving anyone who hasn't consented, or for content that harasses or incites violence. We may unpublish pages or close accounts that break these rules, with notice where practical.
Free and paid plans
The free plan is free forever and shows a small “Made with LinkChautari” badge on your page. Paid plans (billed in Nepali rupees via eSewa, Khalti, bank QR, or activation codes) unlock the features listed at purchase time. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your page stays live — paid features simply pause. For refund requests, contact us within 7 days of payment; we handle them case by case and err on the side of the customer.
Your content
Your links, photos, and text remain yours. You give us permission to host and display them — that's the service. Leads submitted through your page belong to you; we store them on your behalf.
Service and liability
We work to keep LinkChautari fast and available but provide it “as is”, without warranties. To the extent Nepali law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced on the dashboard before they take effect.
